On the Mayzing dashboard, on the left hand navigation bar select Products.
Then click on Create a product.
You will now be presented with the Mayzing product catalogue where you can select what type of products you want to build. Let's choose classic unisex t-shirt. click the checkbox, and press start designing.
Add a text layer, and enter “I love”. And move this to the upper part of the design layer.
Now add a custom image layer.
Add a custom placeholder image, find the image you want to use, upload and save.
Now add a custom text layer. Put a placeholder name in the placeholder section, and “Your Cats name” in the prompt section.
Click continue to pricing.
On this screen enter €30.00 and press continue to review.
On this next screen click save and continue.
Then publish the product. By pressing the publish changes button.
Once it's published, go to your Shopify dashboard. Find your new product, hover over it, and click the eye button to see how it looks in your store.
You can see on this screen that you cannot yet customize the product. We need to add this.
Press back to return to your Shopify dashboard.
Click on online store to expand the options, and then click on themes. Your theme may be different to the one in this demo. This has tested with a variety of themes that extend the Shopify Dawn theme.
Press the customize button.
At the top of the screen, press the home page dropdown, select products, and then default product.
Click catalog, find your new product and click on that.
You can now add your personalization controls.
Hover over the size selector, and click the blue plus button that appears below it.
A pop up box opens, click on apps, and click on Mayzing Personalizer.
The personalize button will be added to the screen.
Hit save in the top right corner, and press the back button to return to your dashboard.
Find your product again, however over it and click on the eye icon to preview in your store.
Enter a cats name.
Upload an image, zoom and center the image.
The mockup will show your personalization.
Your customizable product is now ready.
